- 2005 was a landmark year for Ben Litowich & Son. Approaching their 100th year in business, Ben's children, Ashley and Bryan, join the company. Ashley and Bryan are the fourth generation of Litowich. Ashley’s motivational and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to open 4th Generation Organic Market. And like his father, Bryan started his produce career in quality control. He continues to inspect and approve shipments before they leave, assuring the excellent quality on which the company has built its reputation.
Fourth Generation is dedicated to producing the highest quality seasonal organic raw vegan dishes available. As well as an array of organic produce and natural beauty products. We are here to inspire and help others grow and expand on their journey to health and wholeness. A true foundation is based on trust, love, and faith, our market is here to expose this through our produce and food we offer!

Its beautiful though, 80's ruled the world of great sappy songs.
Writing is very healing for me. It brings out my soul and allows it to shine. Writing is beneficial in many ways. I will write more about this later. =)

We know the holiday season can be busy, with lots of parties and gatherings. Most of these events serve up sugary, artificial, and/or unhealthy foods making it especially hard to stay with a raw or vegan diet.
So, come and celebrate the holidays ...
wonderful. Trader Joe's has good prices too. And they are only a few blocks away from me so this is great.
I certainly believe you. I have just only seen them steamed or boiled at TJs so this is especially exciting to me that they have nice bags of raw ones to buy.
