Sounds just like me with the exception of the chick and turkey. I even did ezekiel with raw agave for a snack all the time. I am NOT an expert, but I would start by not eating meat for a while. I eliminated all of my microwave meals about 2 weeks ...

It's great to see other moms taking their (and kid's) health seriously. Though I have to confess -- I caved in this winter. I'm eating some wraps and cooked grains, and even occasional soups, cause it's been a very snowy cold winter, and I can neither find enough fresh produce, no afford the things I do find. I'm gonna give it another shot around spring/summer. Probably won't be breast feeding by then :-)
P.S. Yogi, When my body is in an unwanted condition like ill or overwhelmed I also ask it "What do you need to get well or fix that condition?" Watch closely for it's FIRST THOUGHT and don't invalidate it. Then do whatever you please of course-you...

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
