Hi I don't think there was a lot of salt in the meal, I think they are quite particular about that, and No Vita isn't expensive, you pay £2.80 for your plate and then £1 per serving of anything else.

Rome is an old series. I havnt really watched tv much for a long time.
When I do now its old movies on TCM or the IFC channel.

coordination is also something that i have to achieve in order to ride my horse well
