- Mea Culpa :-) My French is a bit rusty. I lived in Switzerland/France several years ago. I was trying to ask if you are currently inspired with any writing or directing projects. I saw your website and it has your creative thumbprint all over it. Are you currently writing any projects right now?

- passionate, spontaneous, irrepressible, nonredeemable, sensitive, zany, vegan, with two four legged friends at home. i work in film; i make social documentaries and some commercial fluff for TV in order to pay for my E3 Live Addiction.. i also teach film workshops..play guitar and write poetry and theater...and try to run 5k per day when not doing weights. I'm exhausted just writing this. lol

I don't think our soil has nearly the same trace mineral concentration, so I think unrefined salt can be helpful. The seawater example doesn't fly because, like any substance, what is good in small amounts can be bad in large amounts.
