Yes, it is feeling very wonderful. I can walk across the yard and feel LIGHTER! I have a LONG ways to go, but am taking first steps in that direction very deliberately.

I can believe it. I read that Robyn Q. (Howard Stern's side kick) lost 30 pounds on the master cleanse. It's only day 4 for me and I weighed 6 pounds lighter this morning.
Please include me. This is my first time, and so far I think I could go longer than 10. It's only day 4, but I feel great! Thank you! :)
I have done it many times. The longest 40 days. I will send you a private email. I am starting tomorrow and plan to go for 20 days.

- Hi Gorgeous, yes I love Kundalini yoga! Ive found it very balancing and a perfect spiritual compliment to the Bikram Yoga I also practice, so I alternate.. Best wishes on your path! Freedom fighters like you need to make sure you also take good sweet care of your self! : )

- Mm, yes funds can be an issue, but with discipline, insight and out of the box thinking, it doesnt necessarily have to be.. There are ways to create abundance, freedom and mobility in one's life and career paths (for example, I was greatly inspired by the book The Four Hour Work Week, it doesnt apply to all, but it did for me).. My ex-fiance was a son of Orunmila, which is how I tapped into that Wisdom a bit.. You sound fascinating, Id love to sit & chill with you someday! : )

Samara Sunshine said… - Hi! Thank you for the comment! YES! I would fully recommend the Jack LaLanne Juicer, granted I have never tried another, but I am fully satisfied with the one I have! The pulp is so dry it's remarkable, today I juiced a head of broccoli and the pulp was practically sawdust. It has the Good Housekeeping seal of approval on it, which is always good to know! The only annoyance is having to clean it, but I suppose that would be the same regardless of the brand.
Good luck on your cleanse! Please keep me informed/updated on it, I have never done one and would love to hear your experiences.
My little experiment is essentially a detox as well. I too was highly raw for a matter of months, but then stress and life circumstances took it's toll and I made bad decisions. But I learned how to handle those healthfully, and have returned completely to being raw.
