Ever since I have changed my habits (ie. eating, working out, drinking water) I have noticed that my sleep has gotten better. I now sleep around 6 hours a night, no tossing and turning, just restful sleep. The amount surprises me, because before I trying to get as much sleep as possible, yet never felt good, always sluggish and looking to go back to bed. Alarm clocks were the bane of my being!! I hated when it went off and sometimes dreamed of throwing it out a window!
Now I wake up looking forw…
