HI! I actually moved out here fairly recently, about 1 1/2 years ago- actually from Boston! Yeah, looks like I just missed checking out Grezzo, but I went to the Organic Garden Cafe every chance I got. Oregon is great, peopel are much more laid back - especially compared with Boston. I definately recommend it. I have really developed lots of amazing relationships with people here, I definately recommend it. I hope you'll celebrate a dessert at Grezzo for me please! : )
Bummer. Maybe you should try a different running stride? It seems odd that your arches are rubbing. But if they're new shoes, maybe you just need to break them in. Good luck!
Hey yeah I'm not far from phila....20 min north of the city. That recipe sounds great. I am going 2 have 2 try that. Thank you. I like that a lot how you mention accomplishing great things with the right fuel and training. That is so true. Have you always lived in Boston?
I am a young energetic, happy female who is in pursuit of a healthier life through raw foods and exercise...I am a believer that we can accomplish great things with the right fuel and training. My body truly operates best when fueled best, and since my days are long and filled of adventure this is really important to me. I work in the corporate world 40 hours a week, but I also am an active trainer in my gym, and volunteer so there is little rest for this body, but I wouldnt have it anyother way right now!! :)

I've finally decided to seriously take the plunge into raw veganism.
In August I was 100% raw vegan for 19 days but I went back to my sloppy vegetarian cooked diet. At least I've been vegetarian for over a year now. I'll never eat meat again, that...
