I made the egg-less salad, I just used the rawvolution recipe. Adding pulp from the juicer gives it an amazing texture and lightness. I made it before sans pulp and it was too heavy.

There are a few brands of almond butter labeled as unpasteurized, they're expensive though. Usually I'm just buying almonds directly from farmer's. It takes a lot of research but I'm finding stuff here and there.

- Hey Erika, I saw that you wanted to know about wild greens in New England. I can't recommend a book, but if you google image each of the following greens, you should get a good idea of what to look for.
~ Japanese Knotweed
~ Dandelion
~ Purslane
~ Sorrell
~ Wood Sorrell
~ Lambsquarters
~ Rocket/arugula
~ Wild mint
~ Also, all wild grasses are edible, so you could blend those up with water and strain them.

Back to raw, back to feeling better
It never ceases to amaze me how good raw foods can make me feel. I have been raw on and off for the past 3 years. I've been battling a strange and un-diagnosable illness for at least 5 years. The only times I have felt anywhere near healthy in this period of time is when I was 100% raw and eating A LOT of greens.

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
