The Fine Art of Balance (I need your help!)
Hello!
I thought it would be apt to indulge myself in a blog post here, I havn't done it in a while and it's always sweet to post something and communicate with fellow health pioneers.
Anyways, right now I'm working with a challenging issue and would love some feedback/input about how to focus so I can achieve more BALANCE, particularly with my eating habits. I still live with my parents and siblings... my birth family, and the biggest challenge is probably our differences in perspective around… Continue
