I went to the expo.

I really enjoyed my stay there and have come home and gotten in full swing of growing sprouts in jars, making rejuvelac, and making (and drinking) energy soup every day.
I even started a batch of vegi-kraut on Saturday. Hopefully, it will be done on Thursday.

i love pasta - and sometimes eat soba noodles, cool them and add veggies. well, last night i treated myself to via elisa's homemade pasta - lemon ricotta. BAD IDEA. my stomach is not happy with me today. I think it's the dairy. there was cow's and goat's milk in the pasta and I have not eaten dairy for almost 3 mos now.
my tummy feels hollow and empty, not a hunger pain, but whatever it is, it's giving me the chills.
