Hola Emma. Como estas? I just joined and see you are near the Costa Tropical where I've been staying. I hope you have success with your diet - it's definitely easier to sustain a raw diet in a warm place. Did you know about the Centro de Higiene Vital - it's in Marbella. Well, if you are interested to know more transition info etc, email me and we can talk more. Saludos, Danny. PS: You look great!

Hi! Sorry; yes I can speak English; I just thought you were spanish... I was just saying that it would be good to gather Spanish resources somewhere for us living the raw life here where it is not as widespread as US or UK.

Hi agree with Erin, everything she suggested is very similiar to wha ti have found. I am also seeing an accupuncturist and realize that we actually need cooked foods in our diet to support the spleen. Healing with whole foods is a great start..

I've been doing some "research" on ear candling, and have found three different reports: 1) it's great, feels great, and really helps to clear out the sinuses/lymphs 2) it feels great, but that's just the warmth and it doesn't actually do anything...
