Before I begin I’d just like to say how utterly in love I am with the irony in the title of this post. It is irony isn’t it? Is it? Sometimes when I think I know what irony is I question whether I’ve ever really fully grasped the concept of it at all. Maybe that is in itself ironic somehow. See what I mean? There’s probably no irony there, even in that. Please can someone tell me whether raw food being like a…

I must warn you that I'm boring and vaguely philosophical over there. I just state obvious things to my microscopic fan club.

YogaBrudder said… they said $30.44 anywhere in UK, scotland's UK, right?? wouldn't you like to order anything more since shpping's so high? the more you buy, the more shipping i can afford to pay. tally for one pearl ($32), one goji ($12.50) is $44.50. I'll take $5 off of shipping. So, $39.50 for the two items plus $30.44 = $69.94. Maybe a friend can go in on the order with you.
YogaBrudder said… So i go to the post office and they tell me it's $30.44 to anywhere in the UK up to four pounds. I'll help pay for postage, depending on the amount of purchase. $12.50/8 oz gojis......we'll work out the final tally. $32 for pearl, 100 caps.....Awright!!
YogaBrudder said… yes, yes, yes. will go to workee, shipping price, gojis are $12.50. how many bags to chuck in. "how many bags can yogs chuck in if yogs chucks in what he chucks"? that is the question.....& the pearl, one or two? i think my third bottle is reserved for someone.
at your service, madam.

What does Pearl Powder cost in US $? I sell it for $32 and I might just be able to pay for shipping. How's that sound-d-d-d-d-d? I got two or three bottles....
YogaBrudder said… Yah, would be great to have Rumi for my roomie! I have gone through a few pearl powders. can't swear by em as yet. i do hear they're great for the skin. This is from the dragonherbs.com:
Pearl has a tremendous reputation in Asia as both a beauty tonic and as a Shen tonic. Chinese health related texts credit Pearl with the ability to clarify the skin, relieve uneasiness of the heart and mind, to benefit reproduction, to clear sputum, to remove visual obstacles and improve eyesight, to promote muscle development and to invigorate blood circulation. As a beauty tonic, Pearl Powder is hard to beat. The components in Pearl Powder help heal blemishes and maintain the health of the skin by participating in the metabolic activities of the skin. Pearl promotes the regeneration of new cells and makes the skin smooth, fine, elastic and naturally beautiful. High quality pearl powder can promote the activities of the important natural antioxidant enzyme known as SOD. Pearl has a calming influence on the nerves and is a well established Shen tonic when consumed orally.
I can always mail you some. I'm a distributor. :)

Sukadev Bretz posted a videoIf you can do headstand, it is easier to do the Lotus position there then sitting. 62 year old Narayani explains why and demonstrates how to do Urdhva Padmasana, Headstand in Lotus, also called inverted Lotus Position. It is a more advance Hatha Yoga Asana. You should know the basics of Yoga before trying. Even if you can't try, it is beautiful to watch. Recording in Yoga Vidya Ashram Meinberg. In the background you can see a mural of the Kundalini Shakti going through the 7 Chakras.
