And then there was Five...

And then there was five...a begining of a speech at my mothers funeral that still rings in my head...and then there was five...how much can a human heart endure...ive lost both grandparents on both sides and now my mother..not to mention extended family and other relatives all in a short few year span...i've come to realize tho..that with each death i lost a piece of me.. a piece of me that has become hollow and tho i carried on and did the everyday activities o… Continue

Where do I go from here?
I began my vegan/raw journey the day my mother came home from her trip to a alternative medicine place. Being italian american the loads of foods and medicine my mother was now attempting to take was nothing close to our traditional meals we were raised on. That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
