I am an Author in the making,a wife to my husband for almost 27 years now, a mom of four adult kids and a Grandma of five wonderful grandbabies.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
I am in need of moral support, someone to talk to when I have my ups and downs, someone who has been there and done that and will understand what I will be going through.

And they are raw?? I feel like I have seen them at TJ's but for some reason I did not think they were raw. This is exciting. That sounds so good right now.
I was at my friends
tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
