Loscalzo), combined with her certification as a holistic health counselor (she’s the founder and director of Vegan Wellness), years of experience as a fitness trainer, and official “Dude Food” chef, make the pairing with Chef Alicia’s background of over 19 years of professional culinary experience and her own personal healing journey, the perfect combination to bring this lifestyle into the mainstream in a light and comical, yet informative way.
