I am the Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, Chiropractor and Food Preperation Teacher at the World Famous Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute in Aguada, Puerto Rico.
I am the owner and founder of the award winning Raw Vegan restaurant, 'East Coast Vegan' of Toms River, NJ
I founded and teach my own healthy lifestyle program called, 'The Triad Healthy Lifestyle Program'.

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
