About Me:: A Chiropractor, musician and lover of life. I started my raw food journey 6 weeks ago to stop my diet roller coaster.

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): friendhip, and transition support esp from people in the mid michigan area

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
