Hi Dr. Maya. I love your profile pic; it looks so beautiful where you are. My profile pic was taken in Hawaii as well but it was only a holiday!
I agree that a balance between gastronomy and health is the goal. There's no reason why we can't get 100% pleasure from every bite we take, and raw food preparation can be the ultimate creative expression. In fact there's just so much to discover about raw cuisine because it's still a relatively unexplored culinary frontier.
P.S. Yogi, When my body is in an unwanted condition like ill or overwhelmed I also ask it "What do you need to get well or fix that condition?" Watch closely for it's FIRST THOUGHT and don't invalidate it. Then do whatever you please of course-you...
hi stacey,
I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
I had a green juice (Celery, Cilantro, Parsley, Apple, Ginger, Fennel, Chard)
And a massive salad with wild caught sardine.
Coconut leek cilantro and lime soup
Might have a coconut kefir smoothie in a hour or two
Greetings all,
I and Miss Makeda Voletta will be having an phenomenal sex education workshop/event in the beginning of this December. I hope to see all of you there. If you are unable to attend, please spread the word to family, friends and others...
