- About Me:
- I am new to raw foods, my husband and I started making the transition in January. I live east of Seattle in Sammamish Washington. I am a hairdresser and work in Pikes Market Place in a small salon. I love animals and am fortunate in that I get to spend my day off volunteering at a local sanctuary for abused and neglected animals. I have lots of critters as well so I am pretty crazy most of the time.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I have a really hard time with giving in to cravings....it's hard being surrounded by food. I guess I like to know that I am not alone in my addiction to pizza and bread.

YUM! That looks sooooo good, I love sushi so much but haven't had it years, since I don't get the conventional stuff anymore ( I call them mercury rolls) and I'm too lazy to make something like this.....will you come over and make it for me, pleee...

All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...

You live in my FAVORITE part of Washington! May I ask how long you have lived in that area? I saw Lake Sammamish in a movie years ago and fell in love with it. Any tips for how to find affordable housing in that area? I'd love to hear from you!
