p90x is not that challenging if you are in shape some what. I have done it...thought it was easier than Tae Bo...If you have done tae bo you could use this info. Really it is all a personal conception, Enjoy the RIde. Blessings.

1 Part Rejuvelac
1 Part Organic, Raw, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Part Mountain Spring Water
Optional: Fresh Basil Leaves
Serve in a chilled glass.
Benefits: Alkalizing, Enzyme Rich, Purifier, Pro-Healthy Flora.

Frappucino on the Raw
8 - 16 oz Chilled Mountain Spring Water
1 part Coconut Cream Powder
1 part Raw Cacao Powder
1 part Vanilla Nutritional Essentials by NCP
Handful of Ice Cubes
Blend in Vita mix on high so that you get a Frappe on the top.
Put in your favorite glass and sip.
Shizaammm...you got yourself some high quality, mineral rich love going on here.

Are you crazy women? I love animals. I had frogs,fish,birds,cats, all at one time. My apartment was a zoo at one point. My cat at that time got hold of some of my love birds. Wasn't a pretty site.
