- That's awesome! I went to classes up; there for a summer at Goddard college. There is a little bridge there that people would jum off of in downtown plainfield. It was so beautiful! There was a traditional tool place\blacksmith right over the bridge on the left and a nice little coop. I wonder if all of that is still there? The main campus building had been a mansion and had an amazing labyrinth type garden with a fountain and statues. Let me know if you get up there sometime.. the millions of magical fireflies that show up in the spring are beautiful at night. They love the purple flowered milkweed that grows wild everywhere...
