1 (ONE year ) since I started eating RAW foods
am proud to say that I am excited to say I started eating raw 1 year ago today.I first started out with green smoothies every day switching out the greens like kale,spianich,swiss chard and adding different things to make my smoothies sweet and tasty.I just added my favorite dessert in the photo section with Ani's Donut Holes My biggest problem at first was finding something I could eat and be satisfied with around the 8 pm hour.For some reason that is my bad time for a sweet treat.So I try and… Continue

Newbie Here.Seattle people or south ~anyone?
If we don't get snow I will be going to Seattle 1 hour away to my first RAW MEETING Sunday the 21st~ with some folks .It will be interesting.But we may get alot of snow & I won't drive it it stays around!

- Actually, I wasn't headed home after the Raw Union. I was headed back down south to Tijuana to get my fillings replaced. I ended up staying out for west for a few months. I got back home in August.

Yeah! I have been getting into apples big time, and discovering new ones that I have not tried before like the Honey Crisps! I always like the Gala too great for raw recipes!
Thank you for your positive words everyone. I've been raw for 8 months and it was simply dissappointing to have gone through such a binge! Besides I felt physically awful!
