I have been vegan and eating mostly raw foods since 1996,
and only raw foods since 2000. Originally from the UK, I have been in Holland since 2001 first working as a landscape architect, and since 2003 promoting raw and living foods with Raw Superfoods business; hosting events with raw food leaders, giving workshops, stand at organic farmers market, producing wheatgrass and raw chocolate products. Recently, I am the editor of RAW FOOD WORKS a compilation book featuring 19 Raw Food authors, based on the conclusions of the 2006&7 International Living Foods Summits. This is the book about what they all agree on!
