Wow, your off the great start!
No worries about falling asleep, that is a good thing. If you can sleep, you need to sleep. You can't over sleep. It's kind of like going to the bathroom. You can't over piss, it's not possible. If you can sleep, you need to sleep. Make sense?

I see that you joined the PathOfhealth group. Do you know how to create a email filter? It is best to have all the messages from PathOfHealth go into a specific folder in your inbox. This does two things, it prevents your inbox from getting cluttered and it allows you to read PathOfHealth messages at a time of your choosing. Meaning you don't have to look at that folder until you have the time to sit down and do it. If it goes straight into your inbox, you see it no matter what. Does that make sense?
Did the welcome documents sufficiently explain how to download our free teleconferences?

First of congrats on having the desire to get started!
Second, yes 80/10/10 calls for a majority of our calories to come from fruit, but the VOLUME of greens is much larger than you think. If you work with me you will soon understand this. There is no better place to get support and knowledge of how to do 80/10/10 than from me and the PathOfHealth Community.
So, to get started join the group at PathOfHealth.org
Then, get a cheap food scale and input what you are eating into nutridiary.com. Then send the screen shot to the group. (If you have any issues with creating screen shots someone in the community will give you step by step instructions or do it with you over the phone.)
Once we see what you are doing, we will give you constructive feedback each and every day.
