I don't use soap or a cleaner on my face anymore, I use a cloth by Norwex, out of Canada. It is antibacterial (made with a little silver) and it soft as can be. The micro fiber is so small that it literally grabs everything off my face and leaves ...

Kale chips were the first thing I made in my dehydrator, and I love em. Kale, olive oil and sea salt. You can make different variations with seasonings/ nutritional yeast, but I like mine simple. Zucchini chips are pretty good too. Fruit roll ups ...
Do you have any ingredients already you want to use? Would this be something you'd want to share with your family? Lemon cookies are good, or something more like flax crackers?

unfortunately after those posts I went back to having a small cup of organic coffee in the a.m. but i may start with tomorrow. If you live near a Whole Foods or health food store, the Teecino is on either the tea or coffee aisle and it is really close to tasting like coffee! The yerba mate is not raw as far as I know, if you do some research and see if they sell it in the raw- Iike to drink it with nutmilk, cinnmamon and agave, very yummy! I think it's less pricey than the Teecino as well and closer to raw form.
3 was very fun for us...my daughter (in photo) is now 4 1/2 and we have a new son now. Our kids, age 7 and 4 love juicing! They help chose which fruits/veggies and ask for more. We also do lots of green smoothies. They love the taste, but I usually find their cups not emptied.
Hey Denise! Thanks so much for liking my new online store as well as my blog. Very cool. Keep going with eating right. Just give it time. In my experience the longer you've eaten SAD the longer we should take to transition. Other people are different but that has worked great for me. Keep in touch! ;)
Yes of course my last name is in it! :o) Yes I am good friends with Chef Ito in the RAW Community everyone knows each other and are good friends! I have been there many times Chef Ito is amazing! :o)

Try this Doreen. I found out about it when I worked at Jubbs longevity. There is absolutely no aftertaste and a bottle lasts forever. I've been using it for years. Lucky Vitamin has amazing prices on many things too.

And they are raw?? I feel like I have seen them at TJ's but for some reason I did not think they were raw. This is exciting. That sounds so good right now.
I was at my friends
tonight and she had a pack and I opened one up with a nutcracker, omg. Is it a nut? Its so meaty and you don't have to cook or boil. I was so happy. I took them with me to my new house and I love them.
Have you ever??
