How good is the oil you're eating?
We should be eating the best oils possible but what really is? Just been reading Life food Recipe Book by Annie and David Jubb. They suggest a test to determine if the oil you are using is 'live oil' or 'dead oil'.
They say that if you pour some everyday cooking oil (that is sold in clear plastic bottle from the supermarket) on your hand and then run some water over it, the water runs off and the oil remains. If you then use some soap to scrub your hand, the oil will eventually wash away.

Mucusless diet book is a bit one sided and pretty old. There is much better books.
