I can believe it. I read that Robyn Q. (Howard Stern's side kick) lost 30 pounds on the master cleanse. It's only day 4 for me and I weighed 6 pounds lighter this morning.
Please include me. This is my first time, and so far I think I could go longer than 10. It's only day 4, but I feel great! Thank you! :)
Is the 811 the same thing as the 80/10/10? I just started reading that book a little bit ago...very good book!
I just started the master cleanse on March 19th. So far so good. I did experience some bad headaches on day 2, but now on day 4 I'm doing fine. The only issue is my mental games I play with myself cause I'm having to feed my family which includes ...

- About Me:
- I began my raw journey on August 14, 2007. I currently reside in Gilbert, Arizona, where I live with my husband, and teenage son. I currently work for the manufacturer of one of the number one brands of stevia. Although I'm currently employed as a data analyst, and senior account rep for all our distribution (both international and national), private label, and manufacture accounts, I am a trained artist, and creative soul by nature. I love meeting new and interesting people. Since I have always enjoyed food, I love sampling new and tasty raw recipes that so many of you share.
- How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
- I'm always looking for information on how to better improve my digestion with a raw food diet, and for support. I would also be very interested in learning more about how to improve mental health as it relates to obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) by using the living and raw food diet as a form of therapy and any other natural means of help.

- Wow, that's really a hard question to answer...I have way too many favorites!
- Interests (outside of Raw Food):
- being with my family, listening to my son play saxophone and play the drums, watching my son perform in marching band and drumline, as well as participate in concerts and plays, as well as watching him perform karate. I enjoy painting, web design, all types of art, preparing meals for family and friends, swimming, dancing, reading "how-to" books, collecting children's books...I guess I just enjoy a lot of things, so it's hard to focus on just one.

This amazing community called "Give it to me Raw"
Well this is my first blog. I'm not much of a writer, so I just put down whatever is in my head. I do have to say though, I am absolutely amazed by how fast this site is growing. I mean, it's only been a couple of days, and already the membership has trippled! Wow! Freakin' amazing! It's wonderful!

I just got a new sampler box from The Date People. These are the most amazing dates I've ever tasted!

the thought of not brushing my teeth,i find repulsive...after so many teeth issues when i was a kid,up until i went low fat raw..im super diligent on the flossing and the gentle brushing....my gums dont bleed anymore either Debbie...
yeh,they totally rely on their natural instincts,something i am trying to get a firm grasp on in my own life...trusting my instincts and living my life this way,has worked so far :)
