I am happy your teachings are coming together for you and its finally happening exactly what you want to do, exiting times. I dont think there are many respectable doctors around. if you were ill, and had a choice to go to a healer or doctor, its so obvious its even in the name. keep up your great work you are appriciated.
Are you staying in Fl for much more? I hope the sun shines on you.

where are you? warm sun shine here yesterday not even a cloud now it wild and wet outside, my appitite has decreased alot lately from sun-gazing which is what I want as I'm looking alot into breatharian living these days, wow I'm glad I can say that now as I've always wanted to but wasn't ready as far as food was concerned, now I still love it but can do without it easily, how is your food intake?

If I was from Buffalo, I'd seriously consider living in the wilderness too. In fact my best friend from highschool and I would often dream of such escapes. We planned on building our own cabins in northern Ontario, on a lake, and just getting away from it all. It's a resonating daydream for me, to this day, it's my "happy place"!

- I speak and teach nationally on sun gazing, breatharianism, the jump to prana and using harmonics to heal the mind, body and spirit - I figured out the harmonic structure of the body and have made cds of the sounds - I can actually play the wrist, the liver, the elbow the eyes,ears etc and bring them back to a state of coherency - health. I really enjoy hot springs and traveling and do so many months of the year. Monday Monday, so good to me

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.

I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras.
Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.

i happened to do some yoga asanas today and had some raw recipes that my mom made for me
