ive been going to the sea cliff craft fair for the past few years & i was going to do the aura photo this year but i didnt have enough time =/

- wonderful!! my juicer broooooke! well, two of its parts. i ordered them and am patiently waiting. i haven't had a homemade juice in over 2 months. torture! been sticking to smoothies...which has been fun bc i've been forced to come up with all sorts of new combinations...but i cannot wait to get juicing again. was always a fan of parlsey/cucumber/lemon/red grapes. but i think i've juiced just about everything :)

- just saying hey! how's the raw food journey coming along? i've been making some dinner recipes and am finding it all to be surprisingly easy and delicious. it was a biiiiig boost of confidence to make a whole raw meal and actually enjoy it...i'm even more inspired now. keep me posted on how your doing!
p.s. just finished reading Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko. i definitely recommend this one...explains the power of greens. saw ur comment on 'a pound of leafy greens' and thought you'd like this book. check it out! :)

10 pineapple guavas
small cup steamed, sprouted black beans with raw spinach, pepper, tomato, cilantro (no salt)
2 sticks celery
6 red bananas

I have not used the stuff for years, it gives me heart palpitations.
but when I did use the stuff my 1st choice was liquid (especially the flavored ones they have like toffee)
2nd choice: white, which is more processed, but I can not even stomach ...
Soft rock is soft, not driving rock, but soft gushy love songs, romantic, smooth..stuff you are embarrassed to admit you like.
Stuff that makes you imagine you are swimming with sea horses, or hanging out on a rainbow with your love.
Did you just blend banana and vanilla? I made ice cream with banana and cacao nibs... it was really good.
Yum. I love raw spaghetti so much.
That looks really good. I should make more elaborate desserts, I tend to keep it simple.
