I would ask him if he is interested in making a dietary change and if he shows interest then that's great! If not, be a shining example of health and hopefully one day he will come around. He has to do it when he is ready otherwise he will feel it...

I just saw that you were looking for springs in Missouri. Any luck? I live in St. Louis and have been really trying to track some down - inspired by Daniel Vitalis. I'd love to know if you've found any clean ones! Best to you.
