Off the top of my head...
biking, drumming, dancing, meeting people, long dinners with friends, laughing, swimming in the ocean, sunsets, yoga, sunrises (though I am rarely awake for them), sunshine, exploring nyc, exploring nature, exploring the world, hiking, surfing (only done it twice though), kayaking, sailing, traveling, deep breaths, movies, metalsmithing, sculpture, standing on my hands (I used to be a gymnast and this is about the only thing I can still do), riding horses, meditating, singing, kisses, snuggling, music of all sorts, family, helping people, fixing things, creating, reading, nature, skiing, gardening, and learning!
