That's so inspiring. Is that like a lent-inspired kinda thing? Give the boyfriend a kick in the ass for me...if you are detoxing you don't need to take any shit from him :)

I would start with clover (ready in about 4-5 days). Things like buckwheat, quinoa, pumpkin will be ready in 24 hours. I really like the sunflower greens, but those require a little more work, because they need to be planted in soil. Check out sproutpeople.com They have instructions for each seed/grain...I wouldnt buy from them though, they're kinda expensive.

Yeah I think i've gotten the hang of it now. I sprout Buckwheat, quinoa, pumpkin, sunflower seed and greens, pea greens, fengugreeks, clover (similar to alfalfa), wheatgrass...I want to start sprouting microgreens soon. Have you sprouted any?

Hey RawStylist! One of my fave cereals is simply soaking a mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, walnuts and maybe some pecans overnight to get rid of the phytic acids and enzyme inhibitors. Rinse and drain 'em. dehydrate until dry (ya don't have to wait until they're crunchy at this point),Toss 'em in a mixing bowl with a lil' agave or honey, a tiny pinch of salt and maybe some cinnamon, mix it until thoroughly coated and dehydrate again until crunchy! This mix will will keep in an air tight container in your fridge for at least two-weeks.....if it doesn't get eaten before then! Peace and best wishes~ Rory :0)

Hey RawStylist! Sorry I accidentally deleted your comment on my page asking about the smoothie, I didn't quite understand what the lil' icon in the top right hand corner of it was all about ...I learned the hard way.*lol* The beverage in my pictures is a pumpkin pie smoothie! The recipe and the story behind it are on my blog under the entries for October. Hope you enjoy it! ~ Rory :0)

You're a raw stylist...that's SEXY.

You can do the coffee enemas whenever you want, however often you want. They say that morning is best.

I just buy organic coffee (it has to be organic, and caffeinated..and not instant) and I put it through the coffeemaker..slightly stronger than you would make it if drinking it.

I'm not an expert thought, I've only done two!! There is so much info out there, google it.and good luck!!

Hello! It (liquid africian black soap) is suppose to, but I really couldn't tell you for sure because I don't have a big problem with dark spots. Sheaterra organics makes a liquid black soap elixir that suppose to be good for blemishes, acne, dark spots, razor bumps, and helps reduce fine lines.. The name of it is "african lemongrass (indigenous african black soap elixr). I just received this today. I love it! I swear by their products. Check out their website to find out more about the product. (sheaterraorganics.com) Sorry for the long message!

Haha! Thats' awesome! So glad you're lovin' the smoothie recipes!
Here's another one ya might enjoy~

I haven't done a video for it yet, for now I'm calling it
"Strawberry Spinach Iciness"

1 C Frozen strawberries
1 C water
1 or 2 handfulls of baby spinach (or other mild greens)
1/2 an apple (seeded)
a handfull of ice
and a lil' sweetener to taste (honey, agave or dates)

The apple really brings out the flavor of the strawberries while cutting their sometimes astringent taste and the smoothie ends up tasting like one of those Strawberry Julias's they sell at the Mall!
Hope you enjoy it~ Rory :0)
