Most nutritious and yummiest? Whatever is local, in season, and you feel like. Ripe bananas make a pretty good base with berries or whatever else. When I was in Washington in the winter, I did a lot of apples, then added greens (spinach, kale, cha...
I am really interested in learning more about raw food lifestyle to bring more energy into my life and look after this one body I have been given in this life.

So, tell me the truth, I was in Perth 10 years ago, has it changed much? I hope not, but then, where has the machine not touched the earth in the last 10 years=), I just hope there are no gnarly skyscrapers or anything. Aloha!
Wow... so many. Where to start. Maybe by saying you look pretty good so keep doing what you are doing. Would be good to know about what sort of stuff you are already doing. But pretty safe just to start by adding in new things as you start to progress raw. Start adding in the top 10 superfoods into your daily routine via a super smoothie. Just grab a whole heap of things and whack them in a blender with some spring water. Goji berries, raw organic cacao, Macca Powder, Alovera Juice, Super Greens, honey, and blend it all up and drink away. Just be like the Alchemists of old and make your own concotions of super foods up and explore. Have fun as you go. for ormus discovery go to www.subtleenergies.com
Then there is the Liquid Zeolites which are super good too and the mushrooms such as Reishi which are amazing for immunity etc.
Great to connect with you. I was over in Margaret River a little while ago. Perth is beautiful.
re your question, I would really recommend starting with some books by David Wolfe if you haven't gone there already. Particularly the Sunfood Diet Success System. You can go into you tube and see heaps of videos from David also. Then I would go straight to Don Tolman and get his Farmacists Desk Reference. Should be able to buy that from fortune events in oz.
Hmmm. I've had mine for at least 10 years. I don't know about everybody else, but I find them very convenient to use. The Chico bags that is ( an no, I'm not selling them) because I can fold them up into tiny balls and stick them into my purse. Th...
In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet.
Nothing sweet ...
ok...i'm really new to all this, especially juicing. i started trying to juice after juices i liked. before i tried juicing, i used to drink those naked drinks. well, i finally tried their green machine and liked it. i mean it has some greens in i...
I remember being close to broke and hungry and going into the super market to find that organic bananas were ripe AND 50 cents a pound! I got 50 pounds for $25 and smiiiiiled
If you know where I can buy organic bananas in bulk in the Bay Area PL...
What do you eat in the first stage? I really think I am going to try and get this book because I always crave fermented, savory foods and sea veggies. Do you eat animal protein?
