About Me:: I'm a mom of 2, musician, artist, filmmaker, vegan since October 06 and chose to eat 100% raw since March of 08. I'm astounded by the results in such a short time and look forward to doing more, learning more and meeting like minded educated folk!

How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc): Everyone can help everyone by helping themselves first, to uplifitng their own health and educating themselves. Thankyou for being alive!

Interests (outside of Raw Food):: I'm writing a book, teaching super-hero classes, educating people, making a movie and still entertaining myself everyday in the kitchen and online. I like foraging in and photographing nature, writing songs that change the world, making films and music videos that educate, watching movies, being in and of the world, talking to people who "get it", indulging in toungue sensations and not cooking, making my kids laugh, or anyone for that matter. I am something of a comedian it's just that my timing has never been quite right~

day 10...detox issues fading like yesterdays news...drinking mostly juice that I hand squeeze throughout the day after pureeing in the food processor...die hard thrifty. I couldn't resist squandering some of my very tight resources on the Sunfood diet and I am LOVING it. Tis OK though...I'm feeling so great I'm ready to go back to work...hopefully next week. Love to all.

We saved our puppy putting her on a veg diet, and the other dog was a lot better off for it as well.
The people at Harbingers of a New Age have addressed the blindness issue and the owner is such a lovely guy.
I don't see any problem with feeding a carnivore animal a veggie diet...ramp up those Karmic lives :)
Also at 10yrs, this is going to be nothing but a benefit to him.

She's happy and healthy, now she's almost 15 and still runs around silly! Veganpet, the australian food, is made by a woman with amazing ethics who is incredibly intent on making sure the cats and dogs who eat her food will be healthy. I have heard of some US vegan foods being below standard, so do your research and go through different forums to find out people experiences.
