Profile Information

About Me:
I am a proud, loving and flawed cancer male. I'm really not that crabby;)

I thrive on positivity and the power of positive thought, positive reinforcement, mental and emotional encouragement, and the needs of others. Sharing mutual success with others and helping a person in need validates me as a human being, and the man I strive to be.
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Please bombard me with endless emails and comments. Sounds crazy, but I love the interaction I have with all of you. What an amazing site this is...what an amazing family we are.

This is what I need help with people:

What's the best way to transition from bananas after 2 weeks eating nothing else (I've been healing colitis and Crohn's after 12 years of suffering)
Relationship Status:
Single
Favorite Raw Food or Recipe?
At this point, I'm not onto recipes, just bananas, because they are literally saving my life...yay bananas:)
Interests (outside of Raw Food):
Developing relationships with people on this site that will last forever.
Favorite Books or Authors:
Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Marshall Syler...the list goes on
Favorite Quote:
"The meaning of life is to seek it out" & "Might is not will" (okay both are mine but I really like 'em)
GI2MR Oath: I promise to do my best to keep this community drama free. I will not name call or throw around personal attacks. I pledge to be respectful even if I do not agree with another member's opinion. When possible, I'll try to smile : )
Yes! I accept the GI2MR Oath.

We eat lots of bananas at our house too--my husband eats about 6 a day. We're also blessed to live in Florida, where we enjoy lots of other tropical fruits! Since you love to read and I just published my second book, I would highly recommend that you check it out (www.reneoswald.com) It's helping many folks on this path and there are lots of free videos on the website also, that may interest you. Many of the videos go along with the book. You can also sign up for the free monthly newsletter while you are there and get the latest updates. Have a fruity day (or should I say banana?)

haha, I like your honesty, I'm a bit of a book nerd.....I like anthony robbins though I haven't read any of his books I went to one of his speaking events. Love Deepak's books too though haven't read his stuff since I was a teenager, long time ago lol. Echart Tolle is sitting on the book shelf waiting to be opened. Currently enjoying John Robbinns Diet For A New America, it's helping to strengthen my vegan resolve.
Oh by the way, I also have massive stomach problems, so if you find anything that works for you....let me know.

It is a must read even though he doesn't advocate 100% raw. Can get it used at Amazon or new at Barnes and Noble. Metta!
