ak I had a horrible detox. Acne, emotions everywhere, extreme fatigue, headaches, food cravings, mental fog, my eyes changed colour though! Went from green to blue. How long it lasts depends on how much you need to detox. Stick with it!
Since I'm relatively new at this, I'd really like to get some input on what detoxifying symptoms you had when you first went raw. I've been transitioning for about 2 months, and am now raw every other day and raw til dinner on the others. No dairy...
no, it was The Hair Cuttery! I"m from Philadelphia originally & got transferred to Oak Park! I know there are sooo many salons in Oak Park- on every corner!

I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
