Raw? I'm definitely in transition right now. I know raw is the healthiest way to. I would say I'm in the 80% to 90% range, and some days completely raw. My problem is the absence of support. I know no one. Some useful tips are all I ask, and maybe a friend that understands what I'm feeling?
How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
Anything is welcome because right now my raw journey consist mainly of blended greens and fruit.

Wow, that's a lot of working out!! Lol, I would recommend you rest one day a week, though, because your body need time to recuperate from so much activity. Atleast one day every two weeks. That's cool that you're into martial arts- I did JuJitsu for a while, as well as a bit of aikido, karate, judo, and kickboxing. I haven't been able to practice since I moved to college though, and I miss it! As for the money, keep in mind that I keep everything really simple, lots of salads and produce, and I don't hardly buy nuts anymore, but that's because I'm not exercising as hard core as you are, lol. I would recommend lots of greens and nuts in your diet, as well as avocado, yum! I also eat Ezekiel bread, which is very high in protein, and I occasionally eat raw meat, mostly fish. I'm not vegan; I just don't eat things like meat and raw cheese that often.
Hahaha! Thanks for liking the music!! That's cool- I love a very wide variety, it's neat to know someone else's library is diverse as well. This is my second year being raw, and I'm actually struggling with it more lately than before. What do you do for exercise? And I'm surprised you find money to be an issue with eating raw- simple raw food is DEFINITELY cheaper than cooked food. Trust me, I'm a college student, and I'm glad I don't eat cooked food anymore, because I couldn't afford it. = P
YUM! That looks sooooo good, I love sushi so much but haven't had it years, since I don't get the conventional stuff anymore ( I call them mercury rolls) and I'm too lazy to make something like this.....will you come over and make it for me, pleee...
There is a great fruit wholesaler in town, specializing in Local, organic fruit actually.
All I need is a few people, a car and one willing person to go up there with me at some unholy hour (they close at 9am) once a week and it's beautiful fruit ...
Hey, Great pic! Looks refreshing. Also I love the pics of your sprouted coconuts, they look sooo delicious! I watched the video with you eating a sprouted coconut and boy do I want to try it too!..
