Profile Information

About Me:
Since dealing with Crohn's disease with arthritis for about 6 years, I've had it -this is my main motivation to really boost my consumption of raw and living food. I want to be pain free, and have energy to give to people and things that really matter! I'm looking forward to turning what is for me a concept (self healing) into a reality. I've been vegetarian for around 5 years for ethical/ecological reasons- but when I look seriously at my diet, vegetarian does not necessarily equal healthy (In particular to much bread, sugar, cheese and egg). Beyond this base motivation, I'm looking forward to seeing where conscious eating can take me as a grounding for spiritual growth.

I would encourage you to eat oranges instead Vampi. Whole food is always best. Oranges are a perfect food; lots of sugar, and lots of fiber to slow down the absorption into the blood stream. Take out all the fiber and you've got a blood sugar spik...

since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps. ...but...

Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno

Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)

I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.
