I feel much , much , much better , if I eat only RAW vegetables - seasonal and regional - + 1 Apple a day + - if the pains go very strong , till the point of screaming - I go to a period of steamed potatoes , what I have done these last two weeks ...

- Still in my 20s, vegan who is mostly raw. Aspiring to be 100% but still trying to find my path and enjoying the journey along the way. I love bikram yoga and recently discovered that I enjoy biking and swimming. Love the outdoors and travel, experiencing different cultures and ideals. Raw for health and clarity, vegan for the love of all god's creatures.

- Kale! I can't get enough. I even eat it for breakfast. It's extra good massaged with zucchini hummus.

BillionsUponUs said… - that book that you recommended, "The Fruit Hunters" is THE MOST AMAZING BOOK IN MY LIFE! im lost in it, totally enchanted and swept away by the stories told and all the useful information. the writing is lyrical, capturing, and inspiring. I will recommend it to everyone, i think it should be standard in high school curriculum as a mind opener. thanks for the tip!

I remembered I took some pictures from last week. We used bees wax candles, like anthony was saying, white/ off white. No filter. We used a biodegradable paper plate, to cover the head. Alot of wax comes out!
