- I am just beginning many new adventures in my life. I am filming my first documentary, transitioning into the raw food lifestyle and starting grad school in a few months. I am so grateful to have found this site!

- I am currently transitioning into the raw food lifestyle and would love advice and support. Most of my family and friends are being as supportive as they can, but still think it's extreme.

why would you want to kill germs in your intestine?
I don't think this exists for humans yet, unfortunately - but what I think would be the healthiest mattress (and virtually free of dust-mites, even bed-bugs which inflict some homes recently) for humans would be the same as the healthiest for pets...
