There is an online shop in Switzerland selling some of the superfoods you refer to and many more! All raw and organic (waiting certification). no durian and chia seeds though.

I just sent a proposal to someone for a private chef gig (that I feel will turn into a restaurant gig). The person is super connected and is really cool, so let's cross our fingers! Things are going well here, about to move into a new apartment, my new car is on it's way here, lot's of new - I LOOOOOOVVVVVVVEEEEEE the springtime!

- Hi Sweetie Pie! How is life in Switzerland? I do live in paradise with my two little baby coconut dogs...but I am in Canada now (via New York). I am here to visit my kids and for business reasons...I spent a week in New York last week. The raw scene is really taking off there. There are so many more catered packaged raw products than even in February. It's very popular...the raw juice bars are so inexpensive compared to Canada. Whassup in your life?

I have had the privilege of eating an awful lot of fancy, gourmet raw desserts. This dish is still one of my all-time favorites.
I was thinking about getting it because it is supposed to prevent cancer and possibly cure cancer.
