- I AM the humble disciple of Paramahamsa Prajnananananda and a Kriya Yoga practitioner. I help out at the Kriya Yoga Institute here in Dallas, TX.
I AM the progenitor of www.dharmadallas.org whose purpose is to organize silent group meditations in public view around the city.
I AM the progenitor of www.centrinity.org an Art, Music, Film, Print, Yoga & Superfoods based website. I compose music and work with many other artists and musicians in Dallas.
Our sister organization is www.artlovemagic.com, an even more impressive initiative to bring underground artists to the surface.

Sauce Recipe:
2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of salt

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
