I played volleyball in college...very competitive :) Grew up playing on the beach in So Cal and since having the kids have coached high school girls. Lived in Maui for a while and raced outrigger canoes. I love sports and really want to get back my once lean and toned body...lol. I dont like the skinny emaciated look and when i saw your profile, i thought WOW...this sounds just like what I need. You are so right about sprinters bodies...they are strong and lean and look amazing! So, what does your week look like as far as exercise? I am sorry to ask you so many questions, but I am so curious...thank you again!!!!
Hello everyone I'm Chris. I have been practicing something called evolutionar fitness for over a year now, which is basically eating the way early humans ate. I have lost a couple of inches around the wasteline, and have become very lean. I participate in yoga regular basis, love Baseball, Hockey, Golf, and Bowling. I have a beautiful Nine year old daughter. Life is good! I work with a Mississauga Ontario based water purification comapny, and we are all set to expand North America wide. My website should be up in a week or two, and there will be a demonstration on it where we show you exactly what is in our water supply both tap, and bottled. It is very eye opening, educational, and somewhat disturbing to any health concious person.

I feel fungal overgrowth is the biggest threat to human health today and it's always wise to win the war on candida. I used to be really into making sure I didn't eat any food that raw vegans considered toxic and be really dogmatic. I prefer livin...
