Im 23 years old and am about 345lbs and trying to battle the war of losing weight but have failed on almost everything from weight watchers to atkins.... Im going to become an EMT because I think it is my calling in life... (Helping People)!!! I have been following a couple people that have lost over 100lbs on raw foods alone...(angela stokes, phil mckluskey, etc) Wow they went from looking half dead and heavy to looking fit and glowing..... I just had to hop on board.... Ive also been inspired by Markus Rothakurz or if thats how i even spell his last name lol He seems to have this lifestyle to the T and same with David Wolfe... Well im on here for support during my transistion from SAD (standard american diet) to a more raw lifestyle... Oh and to gain more knowledge on the raw lifestyle and to meet raw foodists and friends.... I believe in surrounding my self with positive people and those who are alike to me (raw foods) Looking foward to talking to ya'll...

Blessings, Chris! Your raw journey will change your life, so hang on and enjoy the ride. I lost 80 pounds and have almost completely cured myself of chronic asthma. What an empowering thing, to realize that we ARE actually responsible for our own health and healing.
I couldn't even tell you what my green drink consisted of. I throw tons of stuff in it, whatever I have in the house. There's almost always celery, kale, dandelions, and apples in there, but I think that particular juice had a lot more going on.
My juice today consisted of celery, broccoli sprouts, red chard, watercress, a lemon, and pomegranate.
