Dear friends,
my Beloved Mother, Mary Lynette Davies was taken into Hospital, in LLANELLI, South Wales on monday 8th December. She had a heart attack and hasn't shown much sign of recovery, shes been drugged up eversince on tranquilisers etc..
Please could anyone who knows me send her some healing, prayer, light, reiki, LOVE.. as i have been doing all week, as she needs as much support as she can get...

thanks! I didn't know that. I grow mungs, but they never get past the 3/4" stage. I'm going to experiment with growing them as you do.....sounds like a great variation!

Here is another video where a scientist talks about his work sampling ice cores that shows elevated levels of cosmic dust in the polar ice caps. Iridium and gold is at a lot higher in the cores.

I am *loving* it! I tried raw chocolate for the first time this morning, and blueberries, wow!
Who would choose cooked food when they'd tasted raw heaven?!!!

I am in Milton Keynes.
My speakers aren't working at the moment, but I'm interested to play all your videos - they look intriguing! My brother asked me 2 years ago if I liked reggae and I said "no", but since then I have learned to love it! We can't stop our own evolution! :D

yes mammoth journey indeed, and now I'm back and NOT HAPPY about that at all.
We did a bit of the South of UK over the Summer and I then went to Germany for two months with lil boy.The trip went slightly off plan, I was gonna go see my dad in Hungary and all that. But he wasn't well and didn't want visitors, so we went to the East instead. Stayed in Leipzig and Berlin for the last part. And yes did stay at Levke's for a couple of nights, which was lovely. Jay had a chance to ride Lucky, hehe this boy has no fear. That horse is HUGE, and beeeautiful!!
Are you on Facebook now? I'm posting my pictures there usually, it's slightly more private. I've got some Berlin ones as well which I need to up-load.
I might go to that Anastasia evening, I don't think it's the author, but someone who knows him very well. Might be a nice event to meet nice people fo sure :)

Charlie Trotter has celery root soup in his book but he strains it and no nuts. I liked it thicker. It actually tasted like mashed potatoes to me. Garnish with whatever you like. I put a little corn on mine..=)
