Good points. I still think I'd rather wine. I don't like getting drunk nor the taste of alcohol, but I feel good enough with my food, so I don't need highs at all. If I eat enough raw fat and raw cheese, wine doesn't affect me at all not even afte...
Starting to agree with you. At least it's calorie/sugar-free. I used to drink straight vodka 2x/week, like 2 or 3 glasses just to socialize. Now that I'm even more raw than before, I don't yearn for it. Also, I worry so much about gaining weight.
Blood and blood products are indeed used on many products for purchase, that's right Richard, the processors possibly never devulging what they process with. Your best bet, is likely making your own.
Not all wine is uncooked. The fermentation process may heat it too much and render all the enzymes out of it anyway.

I'm Gaining weight on a Raw diet.........
So i love working out and i love looking muscular like anyone else. When i started this raw journey i weighed 168 pounds and was in great physical shape. At this point i was a cooking vegan for about a year. I switched to raw about 3 weeks ago and now i weigh 150,,, Big HUGE shock when i stepped on the scale to discover this... I'm going to document my journey on a raw diet to get to my ideal bodyweight of 175 totally ripped and strong. At this point i have no fat im super lean.
