Raw since July 2007. I have lost 50 pounds improved my eyesight, cured my chronic fatigue, improved my circulation, lowered my cholesterol, cured acute backache, don't snore anymore, don't get BO. My body is much more flexible, my skin is much softer, my memory has improved, my mind is sharper, from being extremely unfit I recently ran a half marathon and cycled 52 miles 1 week later. Why don't I eat cooked food? See above!

OOoh thanks! Can't wait to make both recipes! I think I've accidentally come up with a fabby yoghurt recipe so will maybe bring that to next potluck along with the Haggis possibly ;) if I can get it right! Def onto Em or Paddy about the water! Nice tip ;)

Gosh- I don't know when I'm coming to your neck of the woods. We just bought a house and I started a new job recently, so I don't think we'll be traveling much for awhile- unless we can score some work across the pond or if my friend in London decided to get married! Ani Phyo would be good, given your ingredients. I like Ani Phyo's Raw Kitchen. Her stuff is very sweet and heavy, though, IMHO.
