How can the community best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, fitness tips, etc)
i hope to be able to add as much to the community as i am able to absorb from everyone. i'm looking to be a part of a like-minded group of people who understand that you are what you eat, and what you eat surely informs your health: mentally, physically and spiritually. i'm a happy loving person who loves to be around happy loving people!
