- I am 44, and just starting this journey towards 100% raw. I have been influenced to do this by my own brother and sister for whom the raw lifestyle has changed them. I like to be active but have lost a lot of energy over last few years due to poor eating habits and I looking forward to reclaiming vitality through raw/live food eating

I remembered I took some pictures from last week. We used bees wax candles, like anthony was saying, white/ off white. No filter. We used a biodegradable paper plate, to cover the head. Alot of wax comes out!
and of course lemon juice too mmm
