Hey friends,

I am putting together a book about my experience healing from/through bulimia. I say "through" because the paradigm shifts and consciousness expansion that was necessary for me to move past bulimia healed many other parts of my life as well. Major factors in my healing have been (and continue to be!) raw foods, meditation, yoga, massage, and of course, positive thinking and relationships.

I want to be clear that I respect everyone's right to do, and therefore, eat what they please. In fact, I live with and am in love with a man who eats a standard american diet. I've found that we all give and take in the ways that speak to us, and therefore to judge another is a useless waste of energy....
